GRT Coincidence of Hindu Mythology and Science!!

Hope all the Hindus ,Who have read/heard the RAMAYAN epic or watched Ramayana Tele serials, are well aware about the bridge between India and Lanka ( now Sri Lanka) constructed by Vanara Sena( Monkeys who were there to help god Rama to get his wife back) in tredha yuga (more than 1,700,000 years ago).

But We all are in great dilemma. Is it in reality or just an epic only?

But the NASA Shuttle has imaged a mysterious ancient bridge between India and Sri Lanka, as mentioned in the Ramayana and named this bridge as “ ADAM BRIDGE

ADAM BRIDGE was made of a chain of shoals, 30 km long, in the Palk Straits between India and Sri Lanka, reveals a mystery behind it.

The bridge's unique curvature and composition by age reveals that it is man-made. Legend as well as Archeological studies reveal that the first signs of human inhabitants in Sri Lanka date back to the primitive age, about 1,750,000 years ago and the bridge's age is also almost equivalent.

Space images taken by NASA reveal a mysterious ancient bridge in the Palk Strait between India and Sri Lanka. The recently discovered bridge currently named as Adam&laqno;s Bridge is made of chain of shoals, c.18 mi (30 km) long.

If it comes to be true as mentioned in the Great Hindu Epic “RAMAYANA”, then one question raised in my mind.

Do the Gods Really Exist??

Sorry for being unethical in blogging!!!

So surprised to see the ranking of one of my friends’ blog , who just started blogging last month only. She is far ahead than me in Technorati Ranking. I started 2 months back. Don’t get confused ‘em not jealous. But I just wanted to know how it happened?

I kept on googling through number of blogs and came to know that there was something which just boosts up blog ranking dramatically. In the race of competition, why should I only remain behind if know all. So I also did CTRL+C and CTRL+V in which I have good practice(neways ‘em also S/W engineer LOL…).But I don’t think it is ethical. Anyway let it be.

Here comes unethical part

Instructions:

1.) Copy and paste the matrix of “ViralTags” below courtesy of Founders Cafe.

2.) Substitute the Host Tag and one of the “Viral Tags” in the matrix with your anchor text of choice with your blog’s URL. Please keep anchor text to a max of 3 words to keep the matrix size manageable.

3.) When you get a ping back from someone that has your link in one of their “Viral Tags”, practice good karma by copying his/her Host Tag’s anchor text (automatically the associated link will also be copied) and paste it over one of your “Viral Tags” below.

4.) Encourage and invite your readers to do the same and soon this can grow virally.

Important: Once I get a ping back from you, I will add your anchor text and the associated link you designate as “Host Tag” here, replacing one of the “ViralTags” from the matrix above. As more and more bloggers copy and paste this matrix, the more back links you will have with your anchor text. If everybody who copy and paste from your blog does the same, pretty soon this will spread and go viral. So, the sooner you participate, the more links with anchor text you will receive.

Lets 've a break!!crack jokes & jst LOL('-')

Are u bored with my long n long posts ??
If so, then ve a break !!
Here are some Funny stuffs!!
COPY CAT

At training program for top management.

A well-known motivational speaker gathering the entire crowd's attention, said,
"The best years of my life were spent in the arms of a woman who wasn't my wife !"

The crowd was shocked!

He followed up by saying, "That woman was my mother!"

The crowd burst into laughter and he gave his speech, which was well received.

About a week later, one of the top managers who had the training decided to use that joke at his house. He
tried to rehearse the joke in his head. It was a bit foggy to him.

He said loudly, "The greatest years of my life were spent in the arms of a woman who was not my wife!"

Naturally, his wife was shell shocked, murmuring.

After standing there for almost 10 seconds trying to recall the second half of the joke, the manager

finally blurted out "... and I can't remember who she was !"

As expected, he got thrashing of his life time....

Moral of the story: Don't copy if you can't paste

Dominance

Men and women on earth die and go to heaven.

God comes and says," I want the men to form two queues one line for

the men who dominated their women, and the other one for the men who

were dominated by their women. Also, I want all the women to go away

so that no man and woman can talk."

Next time God comes back, the women are gone, and there are two lines.

The line for the men who were dominated by their women is 100 miles

long, and in the line of men who dominated their women there is only

one man.

God gets mad and says, "You men should be ashamed of yourselves. I

created you in my image, and you were all whipped by your mates.

Look at the only one of my sons who stood up and made me proud.

Learn from him! Tell them, my son, how you managed to be the only

one in this line?"

The man replies, "I don't know, my wife told me to stand here."

Depends on the way u ask

Jack and Max are walking from religious service.

Jack wonders whether it would be all right to smoke while praying.

Max replies, "Why don't you ask the Priest?" So Jack goes up to the Priest and asks, "Priest, may I smoke while I pray?"

But the Priest says, "No, my son, you may not. That's utter disrespect to our religion." Jack goes back to his friend and tells him what the good Priest told him.

Max says, "I'm not surprised. You asked the wrong question. Let me try." And so Max goes up to the Priest and asks, "Priest, may I pray while I smoke?"
To which the Priest eagerly replies, "By all means, my son. By all means."

Moral: The reply you get depends on the question you ask.

Example which u can use: "Can I work on this project while I'm on vacation?!?"

BLOGCAMP Pune : I was journalist and interviewed few bloggers!!

Don’t get shocked!!! I am not a Professional JOURNALIST nor PHOTOGRAPHER. I am not any MEDIA Person nor from any PRESS. I am a blogger, just a new one in blogging world and was there in BLOGCAMP with lots of aspiration to learn a lot about BLOG and BLOGGING.

I don’t wanna remain lethargic. Always feel good to make busy myself in some innovative activities. That’s why, I came up with my blog to use spare time at office (S/W).

My solo objective to attend this BLOGCAMP was just to increase my personal contact n to know more about blogging from experienced bloggers. I was suffering from low traffic in my blog( I already mentioned).I just wanted to boost it up. So I acted just like JOURNALIST for a day and interviewed few bloggers over there and in turn got interviewed from them also. In fact I enjoy interacting people and ‘em bit loquacious by nature.

But it was tough task how to start (Not a professional one!). With a pen and note book with two columns NAME & URL NAME, I caught a tall guy with curly hair sitting alone. He is S/W engineer by profession, working at IBM and Introduced himself as “Arnold Disouza”.I asked him like:” how long are u blogging?... How often you post ur blog?.. On which subject you do u blog?" he answered:"I started blogging since 05. I blog on everything and anything. Regarding the post it depends on my mood.”As he was busy in the presentation, I didn’t feel good to disturb him more.

Next one was Lokesh Sapre, working at Zensar and had 10 experiences in S/W but not from Technical background.( !!grt Surprise) He started blogging with blog title Random Musings since March 06 and blog on anything he likes. I stayed a bit more with him and learn more about RSS feed and also had lunch with him. Thanx Lokesh. I added that in my blog now.

After lunch, I talked with two persons Prashant and Rahul , both are working as web designer in the private company(name not disclosed). Both started blogging since last year. Rahul blogs with the blog name WebTrooperz - Search Engine Optimization (SEO) Experts India and blog specific to search engine while Prashant blog with blog name iPrash and blog anything he feels good to. He was telling yesterday he watched Zhoom baraber Zhoom and just posted review comment.

Then came Harsha from Infy. He was not in mood to talk. Might be thinking something.Just
got his Url .he blogs with the url gentledude in blogspot and titled as “ The Brain Chimney” sounds somehow amazing.

I felt good to talk a guy, Sasidhar from GOOGLE(hyd). He was there with his friend Satyan. Sahidhar, with long hair n fancy beard has his own website with name sahidhar.org. He looked professional in blogging. I asked him how he felt working at google. He just smiled n said GRT.

I finally talked with one professional blogger,Vikarant ,with whom I was eager to chat from the beginning but he was always busy with his laptop. He told me that he owned 6 blogs and gave me one which he frequently post .He has one blog of his own autobiography. It sounds nice idea. He was blogging with the title Nerdy's - the story so far. When I asked how often he post. He told sometime he posted every 2 mins sometime even a moth.

I also talked with two guys without blog. One was Swapnil from Pune University doing BCA and other was Akhil doing the MBA at SCIT .He was a lecturer at BBDNITM, UP. They both were planning to blog soon.

I really felt nice to talk with these guys and also learn something about the blogging. While talking with these people , I also elaborated them about my Travel Diary
www.ondway2nainital.blogspot.com Hope I will keep in touch with them.

BLOGCAMP-07 Pune, A Great Success:

Blogcamp-07 pune , the most awaited event for all the bloggers , was there on saturday at SCIT , in Rajivgandi Infotech park, Hinjewadi, pune near by my office Cognizant Technology Solution.

Woke up by 7.30 am , got ready by 8.30 and rush to Corporation( the central bus station of pune) with my room mate Andrewz as the program was supposed to kick off by 9.30. There we met Priyanka as planned and the got PMT( Pune Municipality Transport) bus to move our destination. With the round trip(just like pune darshan) , almost around 45 mins journey, we reached the venue, SCIT( Symbiosis Centre For IT ) pune around 10.am.

Nice to see the Venue fully decorated with banners holding beautiful quotes like "Some blogs are meant to be tasted, others to be swallowed, and few to be chewed & digested". Hurried to registration desk thinking we were too late but not that much actually. We collected the t-shirt of our size and notebooks. T-shirt was quoted with "I blogged Therefore I am " while Notebook was quoted with "I came I Saw I blogged" followed by lists of Sponsors, Sulekha.com, rediff.com and so on. Few more slogans in the banners were :A little blogging is a dangerous thing”,“Blog and let blog”,“Let’s Blog it”,“I am a blogger, that’s what I do”,“The blog is writer of the blogger”.These slogans seemed really inspiring to the new comers in the blogging world like me .No any registration formality was there in fact.

Introductory session was going on when we entered SCIT auditorium. Glad to see the people from different phase of life and different professions gathered under one roof, BLOGCAMP. All were seem so enthusiastic to introduce coz it was good platform to introduce your blog rather then yourself. I also didnt let the chance go and elaborated my new blog ( TRAVEL DIARY) www.ondway2nainital.blogspot.com. Session was fully causal. Few were telling :" I blogged anything and everything " , " I blogged for fun" ,"I blogged everything under the sun ". Few were professional bloggers started blogging since long , Scores are new bloggers started blogging few months back like me , Few were completely unaware about the blog and remaining were media persons, photographers, organizers and volunteers. Two damsels from mumbai were spotty in the venue as they were drawing attentions commenting, clapping and giving different gestures sitting top last row.One introduced herself as unofficial reporter of RAKHI SAWANT .

Then there was Breakfast break at around noon.Guys were busy taking snaps , introducing each other along with sip of coffee and bite of biscuits.Unfortunately we forgot to take camera. But no problem!!! Priyanka had laptop with inbuilt camera. So we were moving here n there with laptop opened in the hand capturing the events. People might think we were mad. Few guys took our snaps as well as video at that moment.

The event was divided into 2 threads . We chose thread 2nd. Actually I was more interested to know how to increase the traffic because i was new in this field . And i just wanted people know about my blog.I was really suffering from low ranking in technorati and still not in picture in alexa.com.So I aimed to increase some personal contacts from this events.

Session started with the presentation of Sulekha.com. He was attracting the bloggers to blog on sulekha as we could easily get traffic over there. Sulekha.com itself will promote the blog if posting is worthy.Besides they will also print the posts free of cost in the form of book for travel diary if its too good. This changed my mind to write my travel dairy in sulekha.com. Who knows, one day my Travel blog will be one complete book.

Then came the 'Negative of Blogosphere' by melody, the same two damsels from mumbai. This session was more interactive as matter included was somehow uncensored.Side by side she was advertising her blog and focusing more on her pass experiences how she offended herself with negative comments. One male Prostitute asked her to sleep one night with him in the comment looking at her sexy snaps posted on her blog. Her friend sakshi was suporting her in between.

thanx to lokesh sapre for the snaps!!
Previous snap replaced on request!!

Now it was the turn of mobile blogging presented by SMSGUPSHUP.COM. Guys were busy in sending message to 67673434 as he instructed.I was feeling bore as it was not my interest. My friends Priyanka and Andrewz were busy in setting the configuration of laptop for connecting to WiFi but they could not make it out.

In between lunch break, i talked with couple of people to increase the personal contact and got their blog url noted. Discussion with few guys was really productive.I will explain detail in next post how i acted as journalist.

The last session i attended after the podcasting by pune's first youth magazine was really fascinating as this was the one i was looking for . It was not other than " How to increase the blog traffic" by Ankesh Kothori, a young chap from Mumbai . Surprisingly, with less than 20 posts within 20 days he had more than 10200 visitors arond the globe.I got shocked . I didnt have even 2000 in one month. I was fully concentrated throughout his presentation and learnt some tips which will definitely work . Then i felt my visit to blogcamp was fruitful . I hearty thanked to Rasmi who was one to let me know about this event but could not meet over there.

Alike Priyanka, who also made up her mind to create one blog once she is done with her running project, Scores might have been motivated with event. So HATS OFF to the organizers of BLOGCAMP for such wonderful gathering.

Hope to attend such event soon in near future.
